Salary: From £27,744 per annum, depending on experience plus paid overtime
We are growing our Comms and Data Services team and now have an exciting opportunity to become a Warehouse Technician within our Comms and Data Services Department.

Falling under the Clair Global parent company and Britannia Row in the UK, offer extended production services including on-site WiFi and Data integration; Event Communications; as well as exciting industry leading innovations.
Based in Chessington, Surrey and Brooklands, Weybridge the Comms and Data Services Warehouse Technician will be reporting to our Head of Comms and Data Services.
What will you do?
You will be involved in all aspects of the comms, and data equipment deployments. This includes managing, testing & maintaining all the relevant equipment which includes radio equipment, analogue and digital wired and wireless communication equipment, and data infrastructure equipment. In addition, you will be part of the international licensing team.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Building of Comms and IT systems to the highest standards.
- Communicate effectively with the Operations Department, other team members within the department as well as Prep/de-prep Dept and the Warehouse Manager regarding the preparation of equipment, specific requirements for each job and deadlines to achieve the above.
- Being responsible for testing, fault-finding, servicing, maintenance, cleaning and quality control of equipment
- Being responsible for the regular PAT testing of all equipment
- Supplying technical support to warehouse staff, apprentices, and freelance crew (in the warehouse and remotely)
- Keep efficient information management in terms of licensing, code-plugs and other programming aspects
- Collaborate with the RF and Microphone department to share knowledge and workload
- To communicate effectively and work with other team members in the warehouse
- Complete admin tasks along with technical needs including understanding and using the company IT systems
- Any other work deemed necessary for the smooth running of the department

- Basic understanding of electronics and particularly RF systems (advantage)

* Our operating hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. Standard working hours are 35 hours per week, 10am to 6pm, five out of seven days, Monday to Sunday with an unpaid break of 60 minutes. You may be required to work a reasonable amount of paid overtime.
