Hire Co-ordinator
We are currently looking for dynamic and motivated Hire Co-Ordinator to join the Plus 4 Audio Team.
This is a full time position for a capable and experienced person who wants to have a direct impact on the output of our busy hire department. You will need to be technically proficient, good communicator both with clients, and colleagues with a good working knowledge of professional live audio equipment and experienced within the hire equipment management environment
About the role:
- Specifying equipment , quoting and booking in of rental jobs from clients requests
- Advise clients on best equipment available and best practises in use
- Work closely with team members to ensure jobs are delivered accurately and on time
- Monitor rental stock and crew availability for job support
- Monitor equipment throughout the hire period, noting loses or breakages
- Liaise with accounts for all jobs
Key Skills required:
- Outstanding communication & client facing skills
- In depth knowledge of professional live audio equipment in a rental environment
- Enthusiasm, energy & a ‘Can do’ attitude
- Strong collaboration skills with an ability to clearly communicate with clients and other team members
- Full, clean Driver’s License & ability to travel to warehouse out of hours if necessary

Warehouse Prep Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Prep Manager to run the equipment output of our busy warehouse.
This is a full time position for a well organised hard working person who is wants to join our busy warehouse team. You will need to have a good working knowledge of the live audio environment and experience in equipment and team management.
About the role:
- Prep and de-prep of rental equipment
- Organisation of the warehouse environment
- Management of the warehouse assistant team
- Liaising with production engineers and logistics department to ensure on time delivery
- Oversee equipment maintenance
Key Skills required:
- Good Knowledge of professional audio equipment
- Understanding of correct presentation of equipment
- Understanding of correct vehicle loading techniques
- Enthusiasm, energy & a ‘Can do’ attitude
- Strong collaboration skills with an ability to clearly communicate and teach other team members
- Full, clean Driver’s License & ability to travel to warehouse out of hours if necessary
