We are currently looking for dynamic and motivated Hire Co-Ordinator to join the Plus 4 Audio Team.

This is a full time position for a capable and experienced person who wants to have a direct impact on the output of our busy hire department. You will need to be technically proficient, good communicator both with clients, and colleagues with a good working knowledge of professional live audio equipment and experienced within the hire equipment management environment

About the role:

• Specifying equipment , quoting and booking in of rental jobs from clients requests
• Advise clients on best equipment available and best practises in use
• Work closely with team members to ensure jobs are delivered accurately and on time
• Monitor rental stock and crew availability for job support
• Monitor equipment throughout the hire period, noting loses or breakages
• Liaise with accounts for all jobs

Key Skills required:

• Outstanding communication & client facing skills
• In depth knowledge of professional live audio equipment in a rental environment
• Enthusiasm, energy & a ‘Can do’ attitude
• Strong collaboration skills with an ability to clearly communicate with clients and other team members
• Full, clean Driver’s License & ability to travel to warehouse out of hours if necessary
